Butlerapp - Zoom Integration Guide

⚙️ Adding the App

  1. Log in to your Butlerapp account.
  2. From the left menu, navigate to Settings >> Online Conference Tool >> Zoom.
  3. On the top-right corner, click on the Authorize button. This will redirect you to Zoom, prompting you to grant Butlerapp permission to create, update, and delete meetings in your Zoom account.

🛠️ How to Use the Integration

  1. First, create an event by navigating to the left menu and clicking on Offers. Next, create an offer, add your appointment details, and choose Zoom as your Online Conference Service.
  2. At the top-right corner, click on the Generate Meeting button. Your Zoom meetings will be generated according to the appointments you have specified.
  3. If you edit or delete appointments within your Butlerapp calendar, these changes will automatically sync and reflect in your corresponding Zoom meetings.

🚨 Removing the Integration

  1. Log in to your Zoom account and visit the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Navigate to Manage >> Added Apps or type "Butlerapp" in the search box.
  3. Select the "Butlerapp" application from your list.
  4. Click on Remove to disconnect Butlerapp from your Zoom account.
  5. After removal, you won't be able to create, update or delete Zoom meetings via Butlerapp anymore. Additionally, all related meeting data stored in Butlerapp will be permanently deleted.
